EdTech shouldn’t slow you down.

It should power better learning.

If you’re struggling to make technology work in your classroom or school, you’re in the right place. Lindy helps educators unpack the effects of emerging technologies—especially artificial intelligence—on curriculum and instruction. Let’s cut the tech overwhelm so teachers can focus on what matters most: their students.

Professional Learning from Someone Who Gets It

I'm Lindy Hockenbaryaka LindyHoc! As a former classroom teacher in a rural district, I know what it's like to be the only person figuring out how to make technology actually work for learning. So I made it my mission to give educators what I desperately needed back then: confidence that comes from actually understanding how technology fits into good teaching, not just knowing which buttons to click.

My approach is different: No overwhelming tech-for-tech's sake training. No point-and-click tutorials that leave the instructional piece hanging. Just practical, pedagogy-first strategies that make technology feel like the teaching tool it should be. We teach the way we were taught, which is why I model everything. Every strategy and tool from our sessions translates directly to classroom use—starting tomorrow.

Best Webinar We’ve Experienced

"We just wrapped our first webinar with Lindy Hockenbary. I wanted to reach out and tell you how wonderful the experience was for our teachers and our district partners at the EdTech Department... The entire process of planning for this webinar has been extremely pleasant and easy. The webinar this morning was by far the most responsive to our site’s needs, as it was well-prepared and easy to understand of any webinar that we have participated in."

—Jesse Romero, Program Facilitator, Golden Valley Middle School, San Bernardino, CA

Confidence With Classroom VR

"Lindy was amazing. She listened and understood what I wanted to accomplish with VR in my classroom and she tailored our session to my needs. She clearly researched and thought about the best practices and applications for the devices and my needs. I feel so much more confident moving forward. I'm incredibly grateful to her!"

—Candace Plaisance, AP History, Germantown Municipal School District

Minecraft Made Simple and Fun

“Despite loving to learn new tech, I found the idea of learning Minecraft to be daunting. I didn't know where to start. Anyone else feel the same? It turns out, with a great trainer, it's totally enjoyable! Can't wait to use it in class!”

—Aimee Schertz, Technology Integration Specialist and School Improvement Coordinator, Joliet Catholic Academy
