On The Bridge podcast, I joined host Cate Tolnai for a conversation about what it means to live “into the gray” with technology in education. We explored why AI literacy isn’t one more initiative added to already-full plates, but core learning that can be woven into existing math, science, and social studies instruction.
I shared why engaging critically with technology, rather than banning or avoiding it, gives educators and students agency to shape how AI is used in classrooms. We discussed how concepts like patterns, probability, algorithms, and data already live inside K–12 standards, making AI literacy a natural extension of core curriculum.
